Who we are
LoopLead is a service operated by Ron Tsirulnikov, an individual based in Tbilisi, Georgia ("LoopLead", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through getlooplead.com and our text messaging, how we use it and the choices you have.

Your mobile number is never shared for marketing. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages (described below), who may not use them for any other purpose.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, trade and anything you write when you contact us or fill in a form.
- Messaging information: your phone number, the content and time of text messages and calls between you and us, and your opt-in or opt-out status.
- Website usage information: basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through standard server logs.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule calls or appointments.
- To send text messages you have agreed to receive, and to honour opt-out requests.
- To provide, maintain and support our services for client businesses.
- To keep records required for legal, tax and compliance purposes.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
When we share information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the service, such as our website hosting and form provider, our customer-messaging and CRM platform, telephone carriers that deliver messages, and our email provider. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- A successor business, only if LoopLead itself is merged or sold, under the same protections described here. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never transferred for marketing.
We never sell personal information.
Our software service for businesses
LoopLead also provides software that lets a local service business text back its own callers. In that case the business is the sender. Messages are sent in its name, from a number registered to it, to people who called that business. We process that information only to run the service for that business. We do not buy, sell, rent or pass leads or contact details between businesses, and we never use that information for LoopLead's own marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. That usually means for the length of our relationship plus up to 3 years, unless the law requires longer. Opt-out records are kept so we can continue to honour them.
Security
We use reputable providers with encryption in transit, access controls and account security. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit access to people who need it.
International transfers
LoopLead is based in Georgia, and our service providers may store data in the United States or other countries. When information is transferred, we rely on providers that protect it in line with this policy.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing ron@getlooplead.com.
- Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights. We will honour them as the law requires.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
